Two Weeks Available

This is a two bedroom suite with prime floating weeks of 1-17, 24-36 or 50-52 based upon a reservation basis with Friday/Saturday/Sunday check-ins. This is an Interval Premier (Five Star) resort, located in Orlando. All units are located on the golf course with nice views. Resort has pool, sundeck, whirlpool spa, picnic area, lighted tennis courts, and use of Marriott's World Center resort facilities. Buyer will also be responsible for closing costs which should be around $800. Weeks 2 and 3 deeded. Price shown is per week; however, you must buy both weeks. With two weeks, you have the benefit to book thirteen months in advance. We typically book Christmas and New Years weeks back-to-back.

We have used the 2026 weeks. The exchange value of these weeks is strong. We have owned these weeks for fourteen years and we use the weeks to stay at other resorts through Interval International most years.
