NOTE: This rental has a minimum night stay of 7 nights. $274/night or $1,918 for the week.

The property has 5 separate pools and jacuzzis available to it, 2 fitness centers of which the main one is open 24 hours, an18-hole golf course, a convenience store, facilities for kids, 4 tennis/pickle ball courts, outdoor ping pong, volleyball court, 2 basketball courts, miniature golf, horseshoe pits, lots of other amenities along with FREE covered parking and Wifi included.

DESCRIPTION: The One-bedroom suite has a king size bed that sleeps 2 with its own TV, a beautiful 2-room bathroom with a whirlpool tub in one room and a large stall shower and the toilet in the other, a full kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, micro-wave, large refrigerator, BBQ tools for the many outdoor BBQs spread out throughout all the residential building outdoor areas. The living room has a queen-sized sofa pull out bed that sleeps 2, a large TV and a fireplace It also has a patio accessible from the living room and the bedroom overlooking the resort or a lush fairway with table, chairs, and lounge chairs. Inside your unit is a clothes washer/dryer.

We are also renting a studio unit that maybe could be attached to the one-bedroom making it a 2 bedrom sjite that sleeps 8. No guarantees but if inrested we can look into it for you. The cost of the two adjoining units would be $3,300 for the week.

NOTE: All the buildings are 3-stories with elevators, meaning no problem accommodating our handicappped visitors.

A major super market is located just down the street about a mile from the resort entrance. The market also has seating and serves food.

Marriott's Shadow Ridge is a short, under 7 - 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing. It is a 20 -25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall.
