The property has 5 separate pools and jacuzzis, 2 fitness centers of which the main one is open 24 hours, an 18-hole golf course, convenience store, facilities for kids, 4 tennis/pickle ball courts, outdoor ping pong, miniature golf, volleyball/pickleball court, 3 basketball courts, horseshoe pits and more amenities including a large game room for kids.

NOTE: All the buildings are 3-stories with elevators, meaning no problem accommodating our handicappped visitors.

NOTE: This Studio listing has a 4-night minimum occupancy for the four nights of April 16, 17, 18 and 19 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The charge is $375 per night. The other 3 nights - the 20th, 21st and 22nd - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - are "Week" nights and are available for an additional $105/night. You can rent one of those 3 nights, or two or all 3 - no minimums on the extra "Week" nights. NOTE: Those 3 week nights will also be up for rent as a single rental at a higher 'per night' price and will remain available to the "Weekend" renter until they get rented out to another group.

DESCRIPTION: The studio unit is large with a king size bed and a queen size sofa pull-out bed, a 2-room bathroom with a shower, sink, cabinets and toilet in one room and a sink, cabinets and whirlpool tub in the other. It has a large TV and a kitchenette with Microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and a small refrigerator, and, of course, utensils, kitchenware, etc. There is also a patio overlooking the resort or a lush fairway. with table and chairs. And remember, there are outside BBQs everywhere.

A major super market is located just down the street (Monterey Ave) about a mile from the resort entrance. It also has an area with tables and chairs and where food is served.

Shadow Ridge resort is a short 6 - 7 minute drive to the Marriott Desert Springs resort, which is next door to the gorgeous JW Marriott hotel, which you do not want to miss seeing.

Marriott's Shadow Ridge is a short, under 7 - 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing. It is a 20 -25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located next door to a large outlet mall.
