NOTE: This rental has a minimum night stay of 4 nights. The rental charge is $495/night.

This listing covers the 4 nights of the weekend of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday - the 9th, 10th, 11th and the 12th. However you will have the option of extending your stay to include the other 3 nights - the 13th,14th and 15th - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - which are "Week" nights and are available for an additional $120/night. You can rent one of those 3 nights, or two or all 3 - no minimums on the extra "Week" nights. NOTE: Those 3 week nights will also be up for rent as a single rental at a higher 'per night' price and will remain available to the "Weekend" renter until they get rented out to another group.

The property has 5 separate pools and jacuzzis available to it, 2 fitness centers of which the main one is open 24 hours, an18-hole golf course, a convenience store, facilities for kids, 4 tennis/pickle ball courts, outdoor ping pong, volleyball court, 2 basketball courts, miniature golf, horseshoe pits, lots of other amenities along with FREE covered parking and Wifi included.

DESCRIPTION: The One-bedroom suite has a king size bed that sleeps 2 with its own TV, a beautiful 2-room bathroom with a sink, large whirlpool tub and cabinets in one room and a large stall shower, sink, cabinets and the toilet in the other, a full kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, micro-wave, large refrigerator plus BBQ tools for the many outdoor BBQs spread out throughout all the residential building outdoor areas. The living room has a queen-sized sofa pull out bed that sleeps 2, a large TV and a fireplace It also has a patio accessible from the living room and the bedroom overlooking the resort or a lush fairway with table, chairs, and lounge chairs. Inside your unit is a clothes washer/dryer.

NOTE: All the buildings are 3-stories with elevators, meaning no problem accommodating our handicappped visitors.

A major super market is located just down the street about a mile from the resort entrance. The market also has seating and serves food.

Marriott's Shadow Ridge is a short, under 7 - 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing. It is another 20 -25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall.
