Giving away my deeded Shenandoah Villa Timeshare, week 15, located on Nelson Court. Fully paid off. RCI Exchangeable. I can’t do the 12hr drive to get to Massanutten because of declining health.
My unit is a single standing A-frame and only has one small step up onto the decking which is then flat to unit entrance. Unit is considered a 'Stand-alone' unit because there are only 2 units per building in a wooded mountain setting.
The unit itself is 2 floors, 1 bedroom with twin beds, living room with pull out couch and fireplace, dining area, full bath, full kitchen downstairs: very large master bedroom, full bath (vanity/sink outside of bathroom), and deck upstairs.
Massanutten is a huge 4 Season Resort with skiing, indoor/outdoor water park, 2 recreation centers, 2 indoor pools and 2 outdoor pools, restaurants, hiking trails, mountain bike trails, 2 golf courses and many more features. Check out their website.
