We are offering our deeded lockout condo unit at Massanutten Shenandoah Villas (Unit 49AB). Maintenance fee is paid ($988) through Jan1, 2027!
Versatile lockout configuration allows use as:
- One large combined condo, or
- Two separate units, each with its own living area and sleeping accommodations with pull-out sofas in living rooms and full or partial kitchen on each side
When combined, the unit sleeps up to 10 guests (or 6 + 4 when split) with spacious condo-style accommodations suitable for families or groups. Massanutten is a well-established true 4 season resort with many amenities.
We have owned this unit since 1989 and have used it both for on-site family vacations and for exchange travel through RCI . Exchanges have included Las Vegas, Florida, Hawaii, North Carolina Outer Banks and Mexico, as well as gifting stays for special family occasions like honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays and graduation.
Due to age and health limitations, we are no longer able to use the ownership as intended and would like to transfer it to someone who can fully enjoy its benefits.
The deeded ownership transfer fee is $399. As a bonus, if the transfer is initiated promptly we may be able to gift you our upcoming week 6 reservations for 2/6-2/13/26.
