I am giving away the ownership for cost of title transfer:

$450 to Dedicated Timeshares, Inc. for deed work and closing costs and $550 to Soleil Management for the title transfer fee.

This is the same closing company Redweek uses but without their middleman fees.

You can pay the funds directly to Dedicated Timeshares, Inc. Julie Evenson is the owner and has taken care of many Hawaii timeshare transfers for me.

Soleil requires prepayment of the following years annual $1289.88 maintenance fees and taxes ($1017.28 plus $272.60 taxes) for title change, it will be half that amount for the every other year ownership.

Both timeshare weeks are booked into July 2026 and can be rescheduled on availability.

Both the annual week and EOY-E use is booked in July. To use that paid for week, the maintenance fees need to be reimbursed the amount listed above.

One annual use week available and one every other year even year use available, same cost.
