The contract is currently in it's 23rd year of a 25 year contract, so it expires in 2026. Since it is used in even numbered years, it would have one more year of use in 2026. The agreement can be extended for 25 more years with a payment of 2 1/2 times of the maintenance fee which at the current rate would be $956.20 x 2.5 = $2,390.50. This extension or renewal can be purchased by whomever is the owner at the time. It does not have to be the original owner.
