TOTALLY FREE summer week

The unit is 100% paid for. Week 33 every year a great time in the summer to get away. The maintanance fees were 883.00 for year 2025. For 2026 they were a little over 1000.00 but there was an additional charge for improvements. It is a lifetime ownership. There is a 250.00 fee to transfer, I am willing to pay this cost.

The resort has a new management company Vacatia. They offer a rental program if there is a year you do not plan to go.

Exchanges in the past I have been to California, Florida, Conway and Bartlett NH, Vermont. Also multiple times the Bahamas Grand and Paradide Island, St Thomas, St Maarten,Jamacai,

Mittersill Alpine Resort is loacted at the bottom of Mittersill mountain. Cannon mountain and Echo Lake Beach is right down the street. Franconia Notch State park is a near by drive, which includes the Flume and the Basin. Whales Tale a water park is near also. Clarks Trading Post is another close attracion, you can see bears doing tricks etc. Lincoln and Littleton NH is a close drive.
