Your choice of a One Bedroom Oceanside Wealdstone Building or One Bedroom Poolside or Studio Poolside Unit. It also comes with one bonus week per year. The bonus week is a one-bedroom poolside that you can book one year in advance, or any other unit that can be booked 10 days prior. Maintenance fee would begin 2027. All paperwork done by Morritts Tortuga.
