Beach Resort

Two bedroom unit across the street from the beach with partial view of ocean from the unit and balcony. Two weeks available for sale. The last week of June and 1st week in July. Completely owned therefore no mortgage with 1,500$ per year maintenance fee per week. There is an inside pool and pizza/restaurant attached next door. The units can be rented by owner or through Ocean Key ( added to a pool of other units available if you use Ocean Key resorts ). My wife and I are elderly and do not use the weeks anymore. Great place to vacation during the summer. There is a marina in walking distance for fishing excursions and the walk to the beach is as stated across the street.
