This listing is for Villa #3 which offers over 2,825 sq, a private splash pool, hot tub and palapa bar. It is only one of only nine villas on the property. In addition to the panoramic view of the bay, Villa 3 features two large, air-conditioned bedrooms (1 king, 1 double), each with ensuite bathrooms, as well as an open-air kitchen/living/dining area that is great for entertaining. There is a spacious sun deck, hammock, sun lounge chairs, and private plunge pool with stunning views of the bay. Daily housekeeping is included, and there is direct access to the villa from the lobby via elevator.

Optional services include advance grocery shopping, 'in villa' floating chef, and massage. A beautiful lobby with 24-hour security can call up a taxi day or night. Short walk is all that is required to reach the beach and restaurants. Because of its unique architectural design, Club Ocho Cascadas is not recommended for families with children under 16 years of age, and children under six are prohibited.
