Quadrennial Studio Unit with early access (one year) and split week feature

Split Week Feature allows members right to book a Lock-Off Unit, subject to availability. Lock-Off Units are constructed as either a two (2) two-bedroom unit or as a one-bedroom unit and a studio unit (the "Lock off Unit"). The Lock-Off Unit can be reserved as a one-bedroom unit and a studio unit for use as two separate weeks: one week for the one-bedroom and a separate week for the studio. Either or both can be exchanged as two separate exchange deposits.
