Park City MLK week Jan. 16-23, 2027

Park Plaza is a well-managed resort in the Prospector Square neighborhood of Park City. The unit is a spacious studio with 520 square feet. It is the largest studio and also called a mini-suite. There is a queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room, a full size kitchen and a full bathroom. This is considered peak winter holiday season and hotel rooms rent for 300 per night. Our unit is nicer than a hotel room at half the cost. Park Plaza lobby has been redesigned for more social interaction around a fire pit and an extra large indoor spa which have replace the older pool. You do not need to rent a car when you are vacationing in Park City which is a huge savings. There are free city shuttle busses connecting all three major ski destinations: Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley. And it is convenient to get to by flying into SLC airport, a major hub. Just a 30 min drive to Park City from the airport. Owner will pay the daily resort fee.
