Our Resort, Petit Crest, is located on the hillside, with Lake or Mountain views. Each Villas is a freestanding, independent home featuring 2 Spacious Bedrooms with King or Queen Sized Beds, 2 Full Bathrooms, a Loft Area with an additional 2 Single Beds, plus a pull-out Queen Sleeper Couch - hence sleeping a maximum of 8. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need in a home-from-home vacation pad, a spacious Dining Area and a spacious Family Room complete with Fireplace and flat screen TV.

Petit Crest Resort has just completed a 6 year renovation and update program and all Villas now feature new paint, new cabinets, new granite kitchen counter tops, new appliances, new 'wood-style' luxury vinyl plank('LVP') flooring, new tiled showers and many more upgrades. All Villas roof have been replaced, and major repairs have been made to retaining walls and to other features throughout the resort, and are all full paid for.

The Villa being offered is Villa 621 Week 23. Weeks run Friday to Friday and Week 23 typically is the first or second week in June, during summer school holidays and is a high demand week with excellent 'trading power' through the Exchange Systems. This Villa features level entry from it's 2 car parking pads (i.e. no stairs from parking to entry - unlike most Villas in this community). The resort is affiliated with both RCI and II, but also includes a FREE MEMEBRSHIP (i.e. no Annual Exchange Dues) to the Trading Places Legacy Exchange System ('TPLE'). TPLE Exchange Fees are currently only $149 for a 'Featured Destination' Week or $169 for a 'Direct Booking Partner' Week, or $189 for an RCI Week (Trading Places belongs to RCI). And with this being a High-Season RED Summer Vacation Week, it has strong 'Trading Power' across all Exchange Systems!

Buyer will be required to E-Sign a Timeshare Purchase and Sale Agreement to be provided by Seller within 24 hours of completion of E-Bay Sale.
