Big Canoe is teaming with Amenities such as a 27-Hole Golf Course and Clubhouse, Five Lakes and a Marina, a Beach Club with a free-form, saline system, zero-entry swimming pool and a 300-yard sandy beach (with beach volleyball, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards and certified lifeguards); a Wildcat Recreation Pool & Splash Pad; a 13,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Wellness Facility (with premier exercise equipment, a 75-foot heated lap pool, whirlpool, sauna, and racquetball/squash court); Fishing and numerous Parks & Trails. Additional Fees may apply for use of Marina Boat Rental & Fishing Passes, Golf and Range Facilities, Wildcat Recreational Area Use, and Tennis, Pickle Ball and Bocca Ball Amenities, but Guests are issued with 2 Free Beach Club Aquatic Passes Per Chalet Per Day of their stay.

Our Resort, Petit Crest, is located on the hillside, with Lake or Mountain views. Each Villas is a freestanding, independent home featuring 2 Spacious Bedrooms with King or Queen Sized Beds, 2 Full Bathrooms, a Loft Area with an additional 2 Single Beds, plus a pull-out Queen Sleeper Couch - hence sleeping a maximum of 8. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need in a home-from-home vacation pad, a spacious Dining Area and a spacious Family Room complete with Fireplace and flat screen TV.

Petit Crest Resort has just completed a 6 year renovation and update program and all Villas now feature new paint, new cabinets, new granite kitchen counter tops, new appliances, new 'wood-style' luxury vinyl plank('LVP') flooring, new tiled showers and many more upgrades. All Villas roof have been replaced, and major repairs have been made to retaining walls and to other features throughout the resort. This Villa features level entry from it's 2 car parking pads (i.e. no stairs from parking to entry - unlike most Villas in this community).
