Week 51 Platinum Ocean front and /or Week 44 oct 31-nov 7

Christmas week. Most years have rented it out through Hilton for $2500/week. I have 3 other deeded weeks here (weeks 44, 45, and week 46.)

Do your research and you will be surprised how nice this is. Lots of tennis courts (2 are clay) and pickleball courts. 18 hole golf course, pool, jacuzzi, beach chairs, fitness room, restaurant at Marriott. (discounts at Marriott)
You pay the closing costs (use LT transfers is the best).

Week 51 is 7680 points, and week 44 is 5440 pts. If you are a Hilton member, you can trade these and go wherever you want!
