Two full bathrooms, fully equipped luxury kitchen, two private balconies with both pool and ocean views. Amenities include: air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, living and dining area, daily maid service and 24-hour room service. There is an on-site day spa, sports bar, convenience store, gym, pools/hot tubs, and fine dining restaurants. Annual fixed week (week 50 in December) with the option to bank and use at a different time. Located in Bldg N, #2632 (6th floor), contract through December 2034. The weather is perfect in December and even more perfect for whale watching! The resort is within walking distance of the marina and downtown.
