Pueblo Bonito Timeshare for Sale - Paid Maintenance for 2 years

I am selling (giving away!) a junior suite (studio unit) and a master suite (1 bedroom unit) at Emerald Bay. I've been going there and/or renting these out for years and they do great. I have already sold 1 of my master suite units and have 2 junior suites and 1 master suite available.

First available use is in 2027.

I have paid the maintenance fee for 2027 and 2028!

This timeshare expires in 2033, so after that time you don't own the timeshares and have no further obligations.

2026 -- Already used (fees paid)
2027 and 2028 -- fees paid!!! Available to use and rent
2029-2033 -- Maintenance fees due

The only cost to you is a modest tranfer fee charged by the resport + maintenace as described above
