900 Universal Points

900 points can be used in a variety of ways.

Novaispania Governor (900 Points) is 4 Bedrooms and sleeps 12;
Montecristo Villa (600 Points) is 3 Bedrooms and sleeps 10
Presidential (300 Points) is 2 Bedrooms and sleeps 8
Executive Suite ( 200 Points) sleeps 6
Junior Suite ( 100 Points) sleeps 4

Maintenance fees are billed currently at $6.08 per point. You are only billed each year for the number of points that you use and points can be borrowed from the next year's allotment. There is a 5 year mandaotry refurbishment fee that must be paid every 5 years.
