2 Floating weeks in a "junior suite"

I have two floating weeks available, from week 1, 2026 through week 50, 2026. I do NOT have access to Christmas week or New Year's week. I currently have November 30 to December 7, and December 7 to December 14, 2026 reserved. If you want one of those weeks, great! If you want a different week, and are willing to commit to that week if it is available, I will call the resort and change my reservation. The key is: if you are willing to commit to that week.

Many (maybe all) of the winter weeks are already booked, so the further out you can plan, the better chance for getting your desired week.

This is a "junior suite," which is a spacious studio. Two queen beds, small kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dishes, and one bathroom. There is a sitting area and a balcony or patio (patio on ground floor).

The view can be of a grassy area with pathways and an enormous bird cage, or it could be of the pool, or possibly a sliver of an ocean view.

There are two and only two handicapped-accessible rooms at the Rose and they are both junior suites. You can contact the timeshare and request one of them if so desired.
