This Quarter House interval is for room 202, week 42. October is a highly desirable time for visits to NOLA so this tends to be a fantastic rental/exchanger if you're not able to use it each year. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite is in the middle of the building, away from the noise of the streets. It overlooks the resort’s beautiful courtyard. A kitchen is included in this unit and daily housekeeping is complimentary. Tuesday cocktail hour, Sunday brunch, live music, and walking tours are some of Quarter House’s weekly activities.

Can trade with either II or RCI. Can also trade your week with any other QH week for free, based on availability. QH also has their own network of resorts they can trade for your interval at a total cost of $125.

Maintenance fees are $781/year.
