Red Wolf Olympic Valley 1BR Even-Year + GPX

Deeded 1-bedroom floating ownership at Red Wolf Lodge at Olympic Valley, ski-in/ski-out at Palisades Tahoe and right by the Village. Even-year usage, next use 2028. Medium (Swing) season. Floating Swing season includes Weeks 17–20 and 37–48 (spring and fall). TUG allows only one floating date range to be entered, so the dates shown reflect the longer fall period.

Owners receive complimentary membership in Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX). I’ve had excellent success using this ownership for exchanges, including exchanging back into Red Wolf during winter ski season. I typically plan about a year ahead for the best availability. GPX exchanges require an exchange fee and are subject to availability. Unit upgrades, including to 2BR units, may also be available through GPX for an additional fee.

Maintenance fees are billed annually, with approximately half of each even-year use cycle billed each year. Ownership is current with no outstanding balance.

Asking $200. Seller will pay standard closing/transfer fees. Selling because our family’s travel needs have changed and we’re no longer using the ownership.
