151,000 Annual RCI Points - Week 47 Thanksgiving - Regal Vistas at Massanutten

This is an annual 151,000 Week and Thanksgiving locked in. There are only a couple of guaranteed weeks in the program that have extremely high points and this is one of them. Out of any RCI Timeshare you can purchase, I believe this is #2 on the list in regards to how many points you get for the maintenance fee (Which is currently $1583). I just paid the annual Maintenance fee that was due July 1, 2026 and the membership will come with.

Closing cost $250 is the only fee you will have to pay and if you do not have an RCI account, they do start an initial cost to sign up. I would highly reccomend getting the RCI Platinum membership its an extra $100 when per year I believe, but it gives you access to the free "waitlist" request feature... Every single waitlist I have made I have got... Hilton Weeks in Oahu, Christmas Week in Park City, February ski weeks in Vail. Incredible value... Many of the resorts I have stayed at would have been 800+ per night, and usually exchange around 50-80k per week - but I have had 7500 or 25k exchanges before as well, depends how you play the game. Keep in mind that RCI allows you to keep your points up to 3 years and you can also borrow points from the next year if you start to run out. Vacation Village will also give you (although you wont need it with this many points) - They have been giving me an annual RCI exchange certificate, but I never used one of those yet.
