One Week Royal Kuhio/Lifetime In Hawaii

For sale one week. We have been members of RCI for 20+ years. You can book up to two years in advance. There is bonus time allowed throughout the year and offered to owners. Dues are paid annually. We have used our studio in Hawaii and also traded for - 3 bedroom in Grand Cayman (several times over the years), 2 Bedroom in Cabo, 1 bedroom in St. Thomas, 2 Bedroom in Virginia, and so many more places using RCI. 2026 Fees were paid. Cost is $98 to transfer.

Our dues have been the past few years: 2023 $690, 2024 $690, 2025 $735, 2026 PAID ($775)

Lifetime in Hawaii does offer a service to transfer ownership and the buyer would be responsible for all costs associated with this sale. If you choose to use this service the current cost at the time of this post is $140 transfer/recording fee.

Lifetime in Hawaii’s 39 studio units with lanais are randomly situated on Floors 16 through 27, ranging from 445 to 538 square feet, with ocean, city, mountain, or Diamond Head views. All units have maximum occupancy for four people and privacy for two and have one bathroom, vanity area, and a walk-in shower. Most units have queen size beds but a select few have king size beds and all units have queen sofa sleepers in the living room. King beds and Queen beds were replaced in 2019 and many major improvements continue to happen at the facility including the pool deck and common areas.
Although Lifetime’s units are accessible to our handicapped guests, the units are not handicapped equipped per se, inasmuch as the Lifetime resort is a private entity.
Pets are not permitted by the Lifetime in Hawaii Interval Owners Association unless handicapped certified.

In addition to the regular Saturday check-in/checkout unit housekeeping, towels are replenished on Mondays and Wednesdays; there is a mid-week vacuuming service as well.

Beach chairs and towels are available to rent from the resort office; various board games, puzzles and reading materials are available as well.
Located on the 7th Floor of the Royal Kuhio is the Recreation Deck where guests may take advantage of the swimming pool, barbecue grills, tennis and basketball courts, gym, sauna, children’s playground, pool table, ping-pong, putting green, and coin-op laundry facilities.
