Our family has owned two shares at San Francisco Suites for nearly forty years. It's such a special place! As our family has grown and moved to different locations, we no longer use the number of nights and are looking to sell one of our shares. We aren't asking for any money, just for the buyer to take over the 2026 maintenance fees. They will be free to use 7 nights between April 1, 2027 and March 31, 2027.

The exclusive boutique hotel is an owners-only property. Each suite is a spacious one-bedroom (king/queen beds) with a fully-stocked kitchen, bathroom finished in Carrara marble, and living room with a pull-out couch and window seat. Furnished with English antiques and fine art, giving it a warm, elegant feel.

Hotel features a beautiful ROOFTOP TERRACE overlooking the city. Complementary access to a private board room, with kitchen, you can reserve for meetings or small gatherings. Wine and hors d’oeuvres offered nightly in the lobby.
