2 bedroom 2 bath timeshare on the ocean with a large beach and some activities sleeps 6 in beds

Week 35 the ocean is warm and very enjoyable. This week sells out pretty early. The resort has a regular pool, a jacuzzi and a kiddie pool. This rental starts on a Friday, which we like because we can take a half day off from work and enjoy more weekend time there. It has a partial ocean view and is one story up. The guest bedroom is large with two full size beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a huge walk in closet and private bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom. There is a full-size kitchen, nice dining room table and a breakfast bar. The Sand Pebble is about 4 blocks to Johns Pass with shops and restaurants. There is a large parking area including covered parking. There are barbecue grills. We were told that the nice bedroom set up is because these units were originally built to be sold as condos, but the market was down at the time 'so they sold them as timeshares.
