13,300 points is enough to get 5-6 weeks in a 1 bedroom during high season at Peacock Suites in Anaheim. It's enough for two 2 bedroom units at Little Sweden. It's enough to get 3 weeks in San Francisco.

You get six housekeepings per year for this membership. With full weeks starting at 2,500 points, you will never need to pay additional housekeeping fees. If you book 2-3 night stays, housekeeping will become a necessary expense. We never pay housekeeping fees.

The membership is a combination of several different "certificates" or contract numbers. Some are small, some are larger (750 points to 2,500 points)

We will pay the fees to transfer/ close.

We own Wyndham points, no need for repetitive memberships.
