Beautiful pool area for kids and adults, lots of activities, close to shops and restaurants

This is a two bedroom lockoff unit with separate spaces for two families or for two couples to have their own space. Units sleep 8. The small side of the lockoff has a queen bed, there is a full but compact kitchen and washer/dryer in the small side of the lockoff. The large side has the bigger kitchen, another washer/dryer, and a nice living area with lanai. Each side has a full bathroom. The larger side has a king bed, a jetted tub and a larger shower area.

The resort has elevators, I usually request top floor for the best views and less overhead noise.

Turtle ponds on the resort property. Fantastic pool area with a play area specifically for the kids. The resort has a nice playground. There is also a big slide for the little ones 40" or taller.

Lots of activities, some are free. This is a gated community. The location is ideal, right across from Broadway by the Beach, a huge shopping complex with many restaurants, including Paula Deen's, Hard Rock Cafe, Sizzle, Dave and Buster's, Joe's Crab Shack, and two Ben and Jerry's, plus a bunch of other restaurants.

Resort has been recently updated. Marriott did a great job with the update, including stainless steel appliances, new furnishings in every room, and brand new carpet. The place shines.

I have dates all through the summer for rent, also a few for spring break. Weeks start on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only. I cannot get any other check-in date, and they are all 7 nights. These are weeks that we own.
