This is the PREMIUM one-bedroom villa (790 sf). It features a FULL kitchen that includes a FULL size refrigerator AND dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave & toaster oven, kitchen counter bar-top with barstools, separate dining table & living room, two fireplaces & large lovely patio. The bedroom features a King size bed & large ensuite bath with 2 sinks & separate tub & shower, queen sleeper sofa in living area. The resort features a 4,500sf swimming pool with waterfalls & a secluded spa grotto, a poolside bar & grill, fitness center, the always-popular children’s spray pool & outside gas BBQ's throughout.

I utilize an easy Adobe E-docusign rental contract.

Make your vacation for TWO WEEKS! I have the PREVIOUS WEEK available over the Christmas holiday as well – Also in the Premium 1B unit.

I have several weeks already reserved for you to book for the Phoenix Open / Waste Management Golf week & MLB Cactus League Spring Training for 2027 & they include Spring Break 2027.
