Enjoy the comforts of this PREMIUM ONE-BEDROOM VILLA (790 sf). This unit has a FULL kitchen that includes a FULL size refrigerator AND dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave & toaster oven, kitchen counter bar-top with barstools, separate dining table & living room, two fireplaces & large lovely patio. The bedroom has a King size bed & large ensuite bath with 2 sinks & separate tub & shower. The unit also includes a queen sleeper sofa in living area. The resort includes a 4,500sf swimming pool with waterfalls & a secluded spa grotto, a poolside bar & grill, fitness center, the always-popular children’s spray pool & outside gas BBQ's throughout.

I utilize an easy Adobe E-docusign rental contract.

I have additional weeks available over Christmas & New Year holiday 2026 – Premium 1B units and a 2B available. I also have several weeks available for you to book during the Phoenix Open Waste Management Golf week & during MLB Cactus League Spring Training for 2027.
