FREE week vacation

Enjoy a week in the mountains of NC. Studio sleeps two people, one room unit with queen size bed, partial kitchenette, and one bathroom. Unit 207, week 35 (end of August) usually Labor Day weekend. Fully paid mortgage. Yearly maintenance fee is $1,175. Owner will pay all transfer fees as well as an extra $200 given to you once the sale is complete. We had many wonderfully vacations for the past 25 years by exchanging with RCI and going someplace different every year. It is nice to stay in one place for a week at a time. This way you really enjoy the area as well as having time to relax! Due to health reasons, we are no longer able to travel and would like to give this vacation to someone who appreciates traveling and spending time with family and friends! Email me with any questions.
