I am offering my Willowbrook Vacation License FREE (RED Season which is any week in the year for 1 week), and I will pay the resorts $250 transfer fee to complete the transfer. There is no Deed involved, Family-friendly / dogs are allowed. Indoor & outdoor pools, ski resorts nearby, golf, lake access, access to Split Rock/Willowbrook amenities. My account is current on all fees, and there is No Loan or Lien. Transfers are handled through Willowbrook Owner Services (BelAir). Resort approves the new owner and issues a new License agreement.
