Current maintenance fee is $564 annually
No outstanding purchase balance
Transfer:
BelAir Owners Circle handles the transfer. Their current transfer instructions require a completed Change of Ownership form, identification/signatures from both parties, notarization, and a $250 transfer fee.
The recipient would assume future annual maintenance fees and membership obligations.
The membership itself is FREE.
I'm looking for someone who genuinely wants to enjoy Split Rock Resort and would be happy to take over the membership.
