Path Vacations includes 3 resorts in the Lakes Region, plus access to RCI timeshare exchange.

24,000 Points annually (2026’s points have yet to be used). Points can be rolled over to the following year.
Annual Member dues = $691.13 ($115 of that is for RCI which is the buyer's choice to opt into if they want)

Cost:
Owners will cover the $350 resort transfer fee that we send directly to the resort with the transfer of ownership documents.

You would only need to pay 2027’s member dues as a “deposit” to the resort at the time of transfer, but this is credited to you so that you do not pay them again for 2027. This is a resort policy and is sent to the resort with the transfer documents and transfer fee.

This is an unbelievable bargain if you are a new owner, or already an owner and adding 24,000 points to your ownership.
