Stoneridge Resort week starting Sept. 18th - 25th in Northern Idaho

This is a studio unit at Stoneridge Resort, RCI #0249. This resort has a full sized Olympic indoor pool, full sized gym, racquetball ball courts, cute miniature golf course on site. This is an older resort that is very well maintained and they just don't include so many amenities in the newer timeshares. The studio with a full kitchen has a beautiful view of the mountains and the public golf course at Stoneridge Resort. There are many lakes in the area if you are into kayaking or hiking. It is a short drive to explore the beautiful Couer d'Alene city. The Silverwood amusement park is also within a short drive.

We are not able to use this week this year and am only asking for the cost of my maintenance fee of $400.00. All costs are included. I would be interested in renting a partial week if requested. Expedia has this resort listed at $137.00 per night.
