This deeded, annual timeshare is also in rci as 100,500 pts. This unit is located in the desirable summer isles area adjacent to all activity areas. We will pay all cost of transfer in addition to first years maintenance fee. With RCI membership we have traded for multiple weeks at over 30 different resorts. With additional points we have also traded for a house w/ indoor pool. We have enjoyed ownership for for fifteen years but are now limiting travel. It is a very nice resort!
