The two bedrooms sleeps 4 privately and two more can sleep on the sofa bed. The Unit is on the side of the mountain. In the ODD years you can book the upper unit with the best views and a full kitchen. In the EVEN years you can book the lower unit with a partial kitchen (a hot plate inside in place of a stove and a BBQ on unit patio outside). This unit can be deposited into the RCI WEEKS program annually if desired.

Maintenance Fees are due annually in July.
