We used this resort and several of the feathers it has to offer. in the past with no complaints. This timeshare can be rented it or donated to family and friends. We are older now and don't plan on using it any longer. We have decided to offer it for $1.00 to someone that could use it and enjoy the many features this resort has to offer. This offer can save the buyer several thousand dollars in purchase costs.

We will use a title and abstract company who resides in the adjacent town to the resort to transfer title and who will confirm transfer of ownership with Massanutten Resort.
