Park City, Utah, 3 bedroom townhouse during prime Spring skiing, walk to slopes and sleeps 10!

Location, location, location. This 3 bedroom townhouse is walking distance to the entrance to Park City Ski Area; the largest ski resort in the country. It features a master bedroom loft with a queen bed and private full bath, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a third guest bedroom with 2 twin bunks. A second full bath is on the main floor. A full kitchen with all appliances, dishes and cutlery. The living room has a queen pull out sofa which makes it able to sleep 10! The unit is yours for week 11 which is typically either the second or third week in March which is excellent for Spring skiing. Or you can trade it in-house for another week or to go anywhere in the world using timeshare exchanges such as RCI or Interval. In RCI it is worth 254,000 points which is enough for a luxury room at most upscale resorts for a week. If you are unable to use it one year and don't want to trade it, you can rent it out on your own. I have rented many times on VRBO and Airbnb for over $3000 for the week, netting me $2100-$2600 after fees. Or rent it on your own and keep it all. After a few seasons you can recoup your investment and just pay the maintenance fees which for 2026 were $1110 or just enjoy it for yourself. There's also a pool, hot tub and gym on site.

Besides walking to the base of the slopes, the FREE shuttle also stops there which will take you to The Canyons (now part of Park City which you can ski to if you prefer), Deer Valley, historic Park City as well as various shopping centers nearby. So, once you arrive, you do not need to drive anywhere; just take the shuttle. March is a great time to visit Park City since the weather is still cool enough for great Spring ski conditions (and sometimes late season snow storms) but warm enough to enjoy the town and surrounding area and wonderful sights.

The key to owning a timeshare is to purchase it for a week that you will use. I have used my unit many times and have traded it or rented it many times making it a worthwhile investment as well as enjoyment.
