Great timeshare value

We have owned this timeshare at Tahiti Village since 2008. It is the Moorea 1 bedroom suite that has 580 sq ft. This resort is beautiful and constant shuttle services to the main Las Vegas Strip. We use Interval International to process our exchanges. My wife and I are getting up in age so looking for someone to take over the ownership. As noted above, our week is every other week in the even years, and the time goes from January 1st to December 31st so you can use the timeshare any time you are planning a visit or exchanging as well. Our maintenance fee for 2026 was $379.54. This is a very cheap vacation and Interval International is constantly giving us another week certificate every year, so we have never skipped a year going on a vacation. We are asking only for whatever closing cost is required to change the ownership from my wife and I to the new owners. A great deal for someone that likes to visit Las Vegas and more importantly likes to travel abroad with minimal cost.
