We are offering to give the timeshare away for free and pay 1 (one) years worth of maintenance fees and cover transfer and title fees.

The week reserved for is New Years Eve week but you could use it any week they have available.

There is no RCI points or active membership. You could join RCI to start getting your own points and then you could go wherever RCI has available depending on the points and criteria they have.

The 2 bedroom can sleep 6 people.
