HERE’S A GREAT TIMESHARE YOU CAN HAVE FREE!

Pat and Bob bought this timeshare when it was real cheap (1983), and traded it most years, but occasionally used it to ski at Vail/Beaver Creek, Colorado. She can’t use it anymore. Dean and Jane Peyton have traded it to Hilton Head Island, SC and Oshkosh, Wisconsin. It works, but only, Dean found, if you belong to RCI and deposit it with RCI. I would be glad to tell you all about this.
To change the ownership title, the Christie Lodge charges $75 so this is a GOOD DEAL! We would take it if we didn’t already own 4 timeshares (all in California).

May 27-7/1 (so could include Memorial Day)

Nov 25-12/16. The annual fees are split into two payments of $324, - one in January and one in July. All fees have been paid for 2025 and the week has been used, so 2026 is available, with payments of $324 due Jan and July 2026. That only applies if you are going to Christie Lodge. To exchange, RCI has never raised the issue of dates. You just get yours assigned and deposit it in RCI.
