Red Winter Week for prime skiing!!

Amazing Deal!! One bedroom suite at The Christie Lodge, located in Avon, CO - near both Vail and Beaver Creek. This easily sleeps 4 adults with a kitchenette and living room area (total 421 sf). It includes one week stay between January and April (prime ski season!) for the “red” week, but also additional friend and bonus nights that can be used throughout the year.

We have stayed and used this property many, many times in both summer & winter (my dad has owned since 1985). The only cost to pass this on is the annual maintenance fees which are just under $1,000 + one-time $75 related to buyer closing costs. This cost would then cover the one week stay, with no extra fees associated (which is a great deal for what it costs to stay in that area for ski season). Alternatively, there is also an exchange program available for additional fees for use of other locations.

All transactions are completed directly through The Christie Lodge and not through me, ensuring a safe and secure process.
