C-Red Winter Floating weeks 1-14 & 50

I got this unit on Redweek for $1 so paying it forward. It was my first time share and it has traded extremely well. You can trade this really well on Interval or if you'd like RCI.

Turns out we spend more time on IKON mountains vs EPIC so even though I love Beaver Creek and Vail I am ok with letting this go to someone that would get use out of it.

I have not booked the 2027 week reservation yet happy to do that for whoever buys.

One-Bedroom Suites - Enjoy 421 sq. ft. of space to relax, along with a triple-sheeted queen bed, a pull-down murphy sleeper sofa, seasonal wood-burning fireplace, private bathroom, furnished balcony and convenient kitchenette. They completed reno of the rooms and bathrooms in 2024. The location is amazing on the shuttle to Vail and to Beaver Creek. Includes and Indoor and Outdoor Hot tub and Pool. My husband and daughter and nephew have stayed in the room and had a great time.

The unit is smallish - but nice because the bedroom door closes for privacy and you have a full fridge, stove burner, microwave and toaster to make cheap meals easy.

Bonus night policy. As an owner you get 12 nights per each week you own per year. If you own one week you get 12 nights, if you own 2 weeks you get 24 nights. The bonus nights are discounted nightly rates and can be booked 30 days prior to your arrival date. Based on availability you can extend your vacation stay or just come up for a night or multiple nights.

Maintenance fees are due January 1 and July 1 of each year.

Was paying $952 and for 2026 it's $1050 maintenance fee. Will do transfer via LT and would love you to cover the transfer fees. But be in touch if interested.
