This is a timeshare located in the heart of Manhattan, across the street from Carnegie Hall, 3 blocks from Central Park, and a few blocks from Rockefeller Center. It is a short walk to Times Square and Broadway theaters.

The seven days each year may be broken up so, for example, you can use it for 3 weekends (Friday to Sunday) and one other day during the year. Or you can use the 7 days at one time.

Maintenance is due by December each year, so the next maintenance is due December 2025, and as part of the sale we will pay that maintenance.
