Ownership provides access to one of approximately 130 spacious one-bedroom suites for 7 days each year. Stays may be split into multiple visits, with one Saturday night included, and additional nights may be available at discounted owner rates. This flexibility makes it easy to enjoy Manhattan your way—whether for a full week, a shorter theatre getaway, or even multiple suites for a memorable trip with friends.

The Manhattan Club has earned an exceptional reputation, having been designated an RCI Gold Crown Resort for 30 consecutive years—a distinction held by only a small number of properties.

The suite itself is warm, elegant, and highly functional. It features a private bedroom with a king-size bed, a separate living area with a full sleeper sofa, and traditional furnishings that create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Start your morning with coffee and breakfast in your suite before heading out to explore the city, then return in the afternoon to relax and refresh before dinner, shopping, theatre, or an evening stroll through Manhattan.

The kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, plates, flatware, and glassware, along with a dining area that seats four. The suite also includes two full marble bathrooms, a bathtub, plush robes, complimentary WiFi, daily housekeeping, and an in-room safe.

I have enjoyed ownership of this timeshare for 20 years, and it holds many wonderful memories for me. Since I recently moved to Western Canada, it is no longer as convenient for me to use as it once was.

The 2027 timeshare charges are $3,758, plus real estate taxes of $422. To make the transfer as attractive as possible, I am willing to cover the 2027 costs as well as the closing expenses to transfer title to the new owner.
