Park Regency is a well-managed timeshare resort located in the Prospector Square section of town. It is relatively easy to make reservations for your desired vacation time by calling one year ahead for the most popular holiday weeks. Other weeks can be easily reserved by calling 6-9 months ahead. Bonus time is also available for owners at reduced rates. The yearly maintenance fees are also affordable when compared to other ski resorts. The annual MF for 2026 was $790.
