The Royal Haciendas is located on the beach in the heart of the Riviera Maya and is one the top timeshare resorts in Mexico. Only 5 minutes to Playa del Carmen and 30 minutes from Cancun International Airport. This is a beautiful time of the year to visit, with air and ocean temperatures rising to very comfortable levels.

Villa H460 is a top floor penthouse with views across the pool area and out towards Cozumel. The penthouse villas are more spacious than regular villas, with approximately 1690 sq. ft. of living space. Why settle for a hotel room in a beach resort when you can comfortably house 6 people in a full 2 bedroom villa with a full kitchen and living room?
