Royal Haciendas - Week 3 & 4 (Unit F345)

This is a third floor unit located in an ideal location in Phase II with view of pools, garden and great ocean view. Daily maid service with all amenities, restaurants, super market, scuba dive shop, etc available on site. More restaurants and shops in nearby Playa del Carmen (10 minute cab or free shuttle ride…….or you can actually walk to it if you want). Washer & Dryer, laundry service available on-site. All inclusive is not included in rental, but is optional and can be booked directly with the resort. Unit is in a very quiet location with easy access to the Rotunda Bar, Kinoko and Los Muralas restaurants, on-site grocery store and front desk area. La Palapa del Sol restaurant is just a short walk down the hall and there is easy access to the entrances to both Phase I and II pool areas. Both pools have poolside restaurants/bars and there is also a poolside Pizza Oven with great pizzas!

Enjoy the best place to relax and enjoy all that The Riviera Maya - Playa del Carmen have to offer. Choose between the beach and the pool each day - or do both! Dine in your villa or at one of the many terrific on site restaurants mentioned above. Signature Nick Price Gran Coyote Golf Course located just across the road nearby. All located within a gated and secure community.

You DO NOT HAVE TO GO ALL INCLUSIVE unless you want.

- Resort will charge a daily special use fee if there are more than 6 occupants in a villa.
- Max Occupancy for Studio/Lock-off: 2 adults + up to 2 children under 12
- Murphy beds are single size.
- Additional government taxes apply based on current resort rates

Weeks 3 and 4 are all available!! I am willing/able to split any rental week into separate 2 bedroom suite or 1 bedroom lock-off if desired.
